As a consumer, the key to getting that information is to either download our free app, or,
get and bookmark our 'widget' into your smart phone. You may do that now.

Our system is GPS based. Locations must be turned on, on the device.
Local business, real estate, government services and historic markers all have ranges of about 1200 feet.
However, each category has a map with pins that may be accessed anywhere.
Brands and products may choose ranges of access from 4 mile radius, to 15, 30, 40 and 75 mile radii from their address point. They may also choose nationwide.
The app works the same way no matter what category of service is being viewed, and pins on the map found in the app may be separated into distinct categories for viewing.
No matter the category, viewers may access this information either through our free app, or, by refreshing the appropriate Info-Roster 'Widget' page on their smartphones.
The audio flows through the viewer's smartphone,
while simultaneously other images, web and social media links,
video and points of contact are also sent.

To the left is the generic badge for brands. The focus is the 'widget'. A Real estate agent might use a full badge on their sign (shown below) or use the generic badge for real estate.

This opens the Brand 'Widget', a web page that looks for and presents to you a roster of any Brand items you are within range of. It grabs everything from local mom n' pops to regional advertisers. This list is alphabetized and sortable A-Z or Z-A. It is searchable too. Save the page and refresh it to use it as often as you need. Local and Neighborhood Entities such as Businesses, churches, schools, any entity with a fixed location in a neighborhood, can promote their identity and make it easy for people to share knowledge and contact information. This is a 2500 ft. range, and entities have a choice of a free basic service or a paid service.
See the local 'widget' below. Other levels of service are available, ranging from 4 Miles to 75 Miles. This is the equivalent of an 8 mile diameter umbrella and a 150 mile diameter umbrella, respectively. We also have a nationwide service.
All levels of service show up on the regular Brand 'widget'.
The Hyper Local Brand 'Widget' can really enhance community engagement by connecting people with nearby businesses and organizations.
By focusing on a 2500-foot radius, it encourages local exploration and supports neighborhood identities.
Get this widget if you like to shop local malls or dense street shopping.
This opens the Property 'widget'. This is a webpage that opens, looks around for what property information is listed in the directory, and presents it to the viewer as a roster. The range is 1200 feet from the property in question. It can be a property for sale, for rent or for lease. It can be an auction. It can be either residential or commercial. It is a place where the buyer can communicate directly with the seller or the seller's agent. Agents, commercial or residential, whether for sales or leasing, can all make it easy for people to grab information about one of their properties. This information may then be shared with the viewers own friends and contact groups. Agents have and should take advantage of the opportunity to promote themselves directly to potential buyers and sellers.
This opens the Government Services 'widget'. Like all of our 'What's Nearby?', Location Based QR code widgets, it is simply a webpage that refreshes each time you use it. It provides you with a roster of any government listings within a range of 1200 feet. The information can be placed by government departments at any level, such as the department of Environmental/Conservation, Public Works, Zoning, Transportation, Parks, Utilities or Tourism: the widget simply presents you with a clickable list.
Save and refresh the page, using it as often as you need. Those in charge of these services can easily tell all of us the when, where, and why, and perhaps, even give us an understanding of cost of any project being undertaken in our area, no matter how large or how small.
This opens the Historic Marker widget. The range of operation is 1200 feet from the marker. Our service for Historic Markers and sites is another example of a fixed location service.
