The information is available. Get it out there where anyone with a smartphone can GRAB IT! Begin with the badge shown on the typical For Sale sign. The badge opens to what is nearby, providing a link to your listing if in range. The listing is also on the map. Open one of the pins on the map for more insights or click the description below.

Step One

You don't need your own QR, You need your listings attached to our QR system. Ours is safer and designed for mobile use. The presentation to consumers is consistent and audio is very useful when scanning from a vehicle. Plus, there is a map for folks that get beyond the 1200 foot radius of direct access for a listing. Stickers to retrofit existing signs are available from Sticker Mule

When you remake your signs, add your All my Listings (subscription) QR to the sign.

Add your banner when setting up your listing page.

Step Two

Scan or Click the Image The badge contains the Location Based QR. It is universal; use the same QR for any Property listing.The QR does not change but the information it serves up is different because it always serves you with what you are near to. It opens the 'widget' page. The top of the page has a map of any nearby listings. We encourage people to scan the QR and then bookmark the page to which it opens. Then in the future, all they need do is reopen the page.

Step Three

The pins on the map indicate nearby listings. The iPhone app (shown below) has a similar map.

Step Four

You may click the image and go to the demo listing. If there is a location (or two) near you, you will see something like this. If you do not have a location within 1200 feet of your current location, scroll over the map and find a pin in your area. Click the Pin on the map; it will highlight the listing and provide you with the link that opens to the same spot 'info' does in the image.

Our system provides you with 4 types of QR Code.

1. The universal, Location Based QR used on a sign, Opens the 'widget' page.

2. An Account QR that will show any of the subscriptions on the account. (not used much)

3. The All My Listings (Subscription) QR that shows any of the listings/locations shown on the subscription .

4. The Listing or Location QR (Also called a Direct QR)
