About locations;
Rural locations can be tough to direct 'lookers' to. You might use a location to pin point where the driveway or entrance is exactly. If you have done raw land or new subdivisions, this can be a great advantage when showing or representing a property.
An auction might illustrate this point the best: An auction property may have one sign out front. But they may have another sign for the same property at another location, probably where two roads intersect, providing both direction and property information. They may have 3 or 4 of these off site 'locations' in use. Locations are easily turned off and on and may be situated where needed to empower your sign.

Step 1.
What to expect when you open our Location Based QR code link:
You will see a map of nearby demos and listings.
The iPhone app has a similar map. Below the map, listings that are within 1200 feet of your current location show up here:
If you do not have a location within 1200 feet of your current location, scroll over the map and find a pin in your area. Click the Pin on the map; it will highlight the listing and provide you with the link that opens to the same spot 'info' does here.

Note the audio; it is an MP 3 which could be the agent's voice. Follow up on some of the links on the demo site, including the subscription link, for more of an idea as to how the service may be used by the agent and what a consumer might come to expect.

This is the Full Badge seen on a sign. The range is 1200' from the property, often enough distance to include directionals with your icon.
Agents: your subscription will allow people to get information about your listings without them having to get out of their cars. The presence of information is announced by the inclusion of a badge on the property’s sign. Agents may use the same badge on all of their signs. Viewers: May speak the agent or company name into our app when they see their sign, or, they may refresh our Information Roster ‘Widget’ and click the link. In either case they may be up to 1200 feet away from the sign.

Full Badge
This is the Full Badge Property Badge Explained We have three ways of allowing a consumer to connect with the information your Property sign represents: 1. Scan the Central QR code containing all of your listings; 2. Use the "What's Nearby?", Location Based Information Roster QR; 3. Use the app which also has a map with pins for each location listed. Once people have the property widget in their phones, all they have to do is tap it to get your info without leaving their car. Get the widget now to have it when you need it. Both the widget and the app work within 1200 feet of the empowered sign.
This is the simplest form of signage.
This sign uses the generic icon. Everything operates the same way no matter what the badge.

A tip: The Central QR is also the subscription QR that comes with every subscription. It shows all of your listings: Why not include it on your business cards and other promotional materials?
Also, include the Subscription QR link on each of your listing sites. This allows any viewer to see your entire portfolio no matter how they arrive at any of your listings.
