“Your real estate sign is already in the yard. Query-Point makes it talk, sell, introduce you, and keep working.”

Query-Point lets buyers hear, see, and explore listing information directly from a yard sign — using a smartphone, a map, a location-based QR badge, or the Query-Point app.

Agents can promote the listing, introduce themselves, showcase prior deals, link to mortgage partners, and keep every sign working harder.

Why Agents Use Query-Point

Your sign becomes more than a sign.
It becomes a mobile information point for buyers, neighbors, and future sellers.

Don’t Make Buyers Stop, Stoop, and Squint

Let them request listing information naturally from their phone — while standing nearby, sitting in a car, walking the neighborhood, or browsing the map.

They can listen, look at photos, watch video, open links, and view the map.

Potential sellers get introduced to the agent.
Every listing sign can also promote the agent’s reputation, experience, and past success.

The listing stays discoverable on the map.
Even if someone is beyond the 1200-foot direct range, they can use the map pins to find and open the listing.

One QR badge can serve changing property information.
The sign does not need a unique printed QR for every listing.

When a buyer encounters a sign, they can instantly access a “light site” tied directly to that listing. This experience is centered around short, audio-driven storytelling that introduces the home in a clear, engaging way—highlighting its features, character, and lifestyle appeal. From there, users can explore additional details, photos, and relevant information without friction or delay.

Just as importantly, the system promotes the agent behind the listing. Each property connects to an agent profile that includes an “About Me” section, allowing consumers to understand who the agent is, how they work, and what makes them effective. This builds familiarity and trust early—often before any direct conversation takes place.

This visibility doesn’t just benefit buyers—it also reaches potential sellers. Homeowners who are casually exploring the market or walking through neighborhoods gain an easy, low-pressure way to “meet” an agent. By hearing how the agent presents listings and communicates value, sellers can evaluate whether that agent is the right fit for them. In this way, every sign becomes both a marketing tool for the property and a long-term lead generator for future listings.

The system becomes even more powerful as adoption grows. Every agent who uses Query-Point is expected to promote it within their own marketing channels—email lists, social media, and client communications. As more agents participate, consumer awareness increases. The more people understand and use the system, the more valuable it becomes for every agent involved. It creates a network effect: increased usage drives familiarity, and familiarity drives engagement, which ultimately leads to more opportunities for everyone.

From a practical standpoint, the system is both affordable and scalable. For $8.99 per month, agents can manage up to 10 active listing location slots. They can also showcase past transactions (without a live location), building a visible history of success that reinforces credibility. Additional features—such as links to mortgage partners—help create a more complete and convenient experience for consumers while strengthening the agent’s professional ecosystem.

For sellers, the value is clear.

They want their property marketed in a way that stands out, captures attention, and converts interest into action. Query-Point enhances traditional signage by making it interactive, informative, and accessible. It ensures that anyone who sees the sign can immediately learn more—without needing to make a call or search online later. At the same time, it elevates the agent’s personal brand, increasing the likelihood that the property—and the agent—leave a lasting impression.

Looking ahead, the Query-Point system represents the future of real estate engagement. As consumers increasingly expect instant, on-demand information, tools that connect physical presence with digital storytelling will become essential. What was once a static sign is now an active communication channel—one that builds trust, generates leads, and strengthens relationships.

Ultimately, Query-Point creates a win for everyone involved.

Buyers get immediate, useful information.

Sellers gain stronger exposure and more effective marketing.

And

Agents benefit from increased visibility, deeper engagement, and a growing network that amplifies their success over time.

While ideal for residential and commercial real estate listings, the system is also well-suited for apartment communities, condominium complexes, HOAs, and on-site property management communication.

Which QR Goes on the Sign?

For most real estate signs, use the Query-Point Property Badge.

That badge contains the universal location-based QR. The QR does not need to change from listing to listing. When someone scans it, Query-Point shows property information based on where the viewer is.

Agents also receive an All My Listings QR, which can be used on business cards, flyers, listing websites, email signatures, and marketing materials.

You can show your sellers how this works!

The information is available. Get it out there where anyone with a smartphone can GRAB IT!                                Begin with the badge shown on the typical For Sale sign. The badge opens to what is nearby, providing a link to your listing if in range. The listing is also on the map. Open one of the pins on the map for more insights or click the description below.

Step One  Scan/click the badge

Step Two Nothing nearby? Click on a map pin

Step Three Explore the listing

You don't need your own QR, You need your listings attached to our QR system.   Ours is safer and designed for mobile use. The presentation to consumers is consistent and audio is very useful when scanning from a vehicle. Plus, there is a map for folks that get beyond the 1200 foot radius of direct access for a listing.                             Stickers to retrofit existing signs are available from Sticker Mule

A tip: The All my Listings (subscription) QR comes with every subscription. It shows all of your listings: Why not include it on your business cards and other promotional materials? Grocery store advertising? Billboard? License plate?

Also, you could include the All My Listings (Subscription) QR link on each of your listing sites. This allows any viewer to see your entire portfolio no matter how they arrive at any of your listings. It does show up on any of your widget listing pages.

It is always up to date and the QR itself never changes.
